Moong ki sabji
Hey foodies, hope all of you are doing well. So today I brought a "Moong Ki Sabji" recipe for all of you.😉.
Here's the process of Moong Ki Sabji
Ingredients
1. Moong . (250 gram)
2. Potato.(Two)
3. Ginger and garlic paste.
4. onion.(one)

1. First of all soak the moong in water for 1 hour.
2. Chop the potatoes in large pieces and onion into normal pieces.
3. Now put a kadhai on gas and pour some oil.
4. Put the chopped onion and fry for some time.
5. Put the moong and aloo in kadhai.
6. Add salt to your need.
7. Keep frying.
8. Add spices and the ginger garlic paste.
9. Now add a little bit of water and put the lid.
10. After 5 minute switch of the gas and our moong sabji is ready.
11. Now serve it on a bowl.
It's a very simple and tasty recipe. So you should try this. You can have it with roti, parathas, and rice(bhaat).
