Helloooooooo foodies hope all of u are doing well. Here's a very interesting recipe for all of you. Today's recipe is about "aloo Tikki chaat😍" .
So, let's start with the ingredients ----
1. Soaked Peas, boiled potato, tomato, onions, tamarind, coriander, sugar, Salt, and spice.
Preparation
1. First of all, we will make imli(tamarind)chutney.
2. For imli chutney we have to soak it for 1/2---1 hour. Now mix it well and drain it carefully.
3. Take a kadhai on high flame, pour two spoons of refined oil. Now add celery and red chili, tamarind juice, and 6 spoons of sugar mix it well, and boil it. Now add half spoon salt and half spoon red Mirchi powder. Keep stirring until it thickens.
4. tamarind (imli) chutney is ready, pour it into a bowl.
It's time for green chutney-
1. For green chutney we take coriander, green chilies, 4-5 tomato, and one spoon of salt. Mix it in a grinder.
2. Our green chutney is also ready put it in a bowl.
Now.
1. Take a cooker and allow the soaked peas, two spoons of salt, and one spoon of turmeric to boiling.
2. Then take out the boiled peas into a bowl.
And now we will make aloo Tikki😉
1. Mash the boiled potatoes.
2. Now add chopped onions, two spoons of salt, half spoon red Mirchi powder, half spoon turmeric, add spices and mix it.
3. Take a pan on medium flamed gas and pour some oil, make little flat balls(sizes depend on you) with your hands from the mashed potatoes.
4. Put the balls on the pan and fry them till brown.
5. Take out the tikkis on a plate, now add pea gravy, green chutney, and imli chutney, chopped onions.
6. For garnish you can add anything you want here I use, bikaji bhujia and chili sauce.
So our tasty aloo Tikki chaat is ready to eat. Enjoy😋.
