Dum Alu And Pulao Recipe

 Hey foodies, hope all of you are doing well. So today i brought "Dum alu and pulao recipe" for all of you.



I like eating Dum alu with pulao. 


Here's the process of making dum alu with pulao. 


Ingredients 


For alu dum


1. Potato (1/2 kg) 


2. Onion (2/3)


3. Ginger and garlic paste. 


For pulao


1. Rice (1/2 kg) 


2. Channa (100gram) (shock it in water for 2 hours minimum) 


3. Carrot (2)


4. Spine gourd / ( Bhatkerela )(2/3)


5. Capsicum (1/2)


6. Onion (1/2)


7. Tomato


Okay let's cook


1. Firstly,  chop the potatoes in one fourth and onions in small pieces.


2. Put a kadhai on gas. 


3. Pour some oil.


4. Put the chopped onions and fry for some time. 


5. Now add the potatoes and fry till you get a deep brown colour. 


6. Add the ginger and garlic paste, salt and spices as your need and keep frying. 


7. Now pour some water and mess some pototoes for getting a thick texture. 


8. put the lid.


9. After 5/7 mnt switch off the gas. 


So our dum alu is ready. 


Now let's go for the pulao


1. Chop the onions, capsicums, tomatoes, carrots and spine gourd into small pieces.


2. Take a cooker and put it on gas. 


3. Pour some oil. 


4. Add the chopped ingredients and chanas and fry for some time. 


5. Add the rice as well. 


6. And add the ginger garlic paste, salt and spices as your need. 


7. Put the lid.


8. After two or three whistle switch off the cooker. 


Okay our pulao is now ready. 


Now serve the dum alu in a bowl and pulao in a plate. Enjoy your meal.
