Aloo paneer masala
Hey foodies, today's recipe is "Aloo paneer masala".it's a very common recipe so all of u can easily make this.
Ingredients -- one medium-sized onion, one medium-sized tomato, chopped coriander, half kg chopped paneer, two-three chopped potatoes, salt turmeric, and homemade spices.
1. Take a kadhai on gas pour some oil, add 4-5 bay leaves in it.
2. Now add chopped potatoes and fry them till golden.
3. Take it out.
4. Now fry the chopped paneer for 2-3 minutes till it becomes golden brown.
5. Take it out.
6. Now add cumin and chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden in color.
7. Make tomato gravy with some spices in the grinder.
8. Put it on the kadhai.
9. Add turmeric and stir it.
10. Now add fried potato and paneer pieces.
11. Keep stirring till 2-3 minutes.
12. Pour one cup of water for gravy and add 1 teaspoon salt and chopped coriander.
13. Boil it on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
14. Our aloo paneer masala is ready, take out it on a bowl and enjoy 😉.
